Once you designed out your custom chip you have the proof what your chip will look like live without any wait time, saving you time and money. Placing orders online at website is the easiest, reliable and secure method  to place your order to us.  Our customer service team is available daily to answer any questions you may have either by “Online Chat” or E-mail”.   If you prefer to submit your order via email one our representatives will be happy to assist. 

  Any changes to your order should be confirmed with one of our representatives ASAP.  If any change is relevant to a custom made order they must be approved by prior to production. Any changes made after the original approved order are produced customers may be charged a re-manufactured fee. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping charges as well as the cost to ship the new order.

Expedited Orders

Expedited orders and RUSH service are available on most products to include custom products.  It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the most expeditious shipping method when selecting Expedited services. Expedited  services is a guaranteed delivery service.  In the event a Expedited order doesn’t meet its delivery date, will refund the shipping cost only.  If you have any questions or concerns with your ordering meeting a specific deadline, please “Chat Online” or Contact Us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders are not validated until both payment is received and approved by Seller. “Order Confirmation” email and status is only acknowledgement that our system has received your order.  All sales transactions initiated by the online store are processed via credit card , Paypal, Apple Pay only (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).  Seller reserves the right to reject the Buyers order should the credit card transaction be denied during processing.  No shipments will be released until the credit card transaction is complete and approved.

Shipping & Delivery

When placing an order please select a shipping method desired.  Seller will make a good faith effort to complete delivery of products ordered within a reasonable period.  Seller will provide Buyer with estimated ship dates and tracking information, when available.  Seller assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no backcharge for product lost or damage by the shipping carrier.  All claims for damage must by initiated by Buyer directly to the shipping carrier.  Seller should have no liability for Seller’s non-performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism or any other cause beyond the Sellers control.

Returns & Replacements

No Returns are not authorized for custom made orders.  Stock products maybe returned within 5 business days for any reason with the cost of shipping being the responsibility of the customer plus a 20% restocking charge.  If a product has a manufacturing defect, both custom and stock products will be replaced at expense.  Please  “Contact Us” to receive a return shipping label (if required). Returns should include a copy of the original order.
